Granite-Seal
This revolutionary metal crosslinked sealer/finish demonstrates extraordinary performance on non-resilient floors. It works great on all stone surfaces including marble, terrazzo, quarry tile, ceramic tile, granite, slate, terra cotta and concrete. Granite-Seal is formulated to beautify and protect natural stone and tile. It has superior water resistance and works well with both low/infrequent maintenance and high/frequent maintenance programs.

Recommended Usage
- Remove all surface dirt, then eliminate embedded grease, oil and other foreign material by scrubbing with Ultra-Clean.
- No etching is required.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Allow to dry.
- Apply Granite-Seal with a sealant applicator or applicable finishing mop.
- Allow 35-45 minutes before applying second coat.
- To ensure the highest protection and gloss a third coat is recommended. Allow 6-8 hours drying time before subjecting surface to any heavy traffic.
- Do not use outdoors.
